How to use this workbook

This workbook is the practical companion to “The Five Ms of the Red Ants.” The article explains why large numbers of awakened citizens are still not enough. This workbook helps you answer the question that follows: how much collective capacity does your group, community, or organisation actually have, and where should you begin to strengthen it?

The assessment can be used by a national movement, a local campaign, a union, a professional association, a student society, or any civic organisation. Keep one clearly defined “we” in mind throughout. If possible, ask several members to complete it separately first and then compare results. Differences between answers often reveal more than any average.

Each M has two parts. The first measures strength. The second checks for distortion, the shadow side of that M. Please answer as things are, not as you wish them to be. There are no good scores here, only answers that help you see yourselves more clearly.

Full toolkit · 100 baht / 100 credits

The 35-statement self-scoring assessment, the five-point means check, remedies for distortion, the 30- and 90-day action plan, and the 90-minute discussion circle guide with questions for every section.

One purchase opens all five parts of the toolkit on your account, and you can return to them any time from My Library. Online access only; there are no file downloads.
